Site approved for re-development

The overall site has been in one family’s ownership for many years and is situated in the heart of East Preston village, part of which was a garage serving the community.

Following a bereavement, the family decided to consider the site for residential redevelopment and an application, excluding the garage, was submitted to the local planning authority for 21 residential units (in the main, housing) which was approved unanimously on 3 September.
