Penalties for Buy-2-Let Owners
MPs are considering financial penalties for buy-2-let owners if their properties are left empty for long periods. The Communities and Local Government Select Committee are putting forward the idea to put to an end the number of homes left empty. Do you think owners have the right to use their properties as they see fit?
