Astins Developments are busy considering a name for their brand new apartments on Worthing Seafront at Goring by Sea.
Their prestigious 6 apartments plus 1 penthouse are gradually coming out of the ground and causing quite a stir with their art-deco design and eco-friendly specifications.
Some very interesting names have been put forward for Astins’ first ever development, and I’m told an announcement will be made shortly.

The Brunswick Festival took place on 16 & 17 August with packed crowds. What a glorious atmosphere when we went there on Saturday afternoon - mums, dads, children of all ages, with a live band, lots of stalls, beer tent and everyone just enjoying themselves, rummaging through the stacks of jewellery, trying out the cakes, food, clothes, old books and records, and lolling about on the grassy slopes, simply busy doing nothing. (The kids were having a great time playing amongst the trees, too!)
Is there a ban on ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards in Brunswick Square? The only ones we saw were for Callaways Estate Agents (and I think they’ve been in Hove since 1935!). Can someone tell me whether there are any properties to buy or rent in the Square?
