Having lived in Goring by Sea for nearly 30 years, I have been a little concerned as to what would become of the land sold in and around the yacht club. The residents of Goring are quite “precious” of the area surrounding their homes. However, I personally think this area definitely needs a facelift as it had become a bit of a “no mans land”. I must say I am very happy to hear that such a prestigious development is coming our way and I think it will fit in perfectly with the surrounding homes. I look forward to finding out what is to become of other area of land next to these luxury apartments. Goring seafront just gets better!
Worthing needs some luxury apartments and what a fabulous location? I also happy to hear that Astins Developments are considering a number of eco-features too. Should this not be standard on all new builds? So it’s a rare opportunity to buy such a property and I hope to see further similar developments in the area. Is Worthing to become the new Brighton but without the high price tag? Let’s hope so. Will this be the first luxury penthouse to come to the area? I understand from Land & Brand New Homes that the penthouse will be something very special and I cant wait to see the finished product early next year!
