Decision desperately needed on Stamp Duty

A decision is desperately needed to determine the future of the stamp duty and we need one now!

It was a poor choice on the governments part to let the newspapers print that there have been discussions to defer stamp duty.  It has meant that many are holding off buying until this decision has been made - therefore slowing the market down even further.

Many developers, including small independant developers such as Whiteoaks (with properties at Church View offering this incentive) have decided to get things off of the starting blocks and will pay stamp duty on their new build properties - a very tempting offer that can save you money in the region of £10,000.
