		<description>Prices are constantly on the rise with no prospect of wages increasing. Is the government trying to create a scene of "survival of the fitest?" I think all of these added costs will create a big smile of bank managers faces with an indefinate increase in loans that will be needed be those wishing to buy homes....</description>
