Brunswick Festival, Hove
All the fun of the fair …
The Brunswick Festival comes to Brunswick Square, Hove for the 27th time on Saturday 16 & 17 August 2008.
There’s a whole host of free activities for all the family including live music, bric-a-brac and craft stalls. Events start at 12 pm on Saturday and run until 6 pm both days.
The event is supported by a small team of local residents and volunteers (and local businesses’ financial support).
I’m definitely going over to take a peek … More later!

I’ll be going along to have a look too! Especially with the Dog Show. ‘SCRUFTS’ taking place, and craft activity stalls which I know my children will love.
I think that local communities can really benefit from events like this as they pull everybody together and you are always sure to discover a new craft, or product or meet somebody you haven’t seen for a while.
And when times are economically tough , as they are now, I think it is a real boost for local business to have the support of their surrounding community. I know that Callaways Estate Agents are supporting this festival, as are other local businesses and they would be delighted to have peoples support, they probably have special offers on too, so everybody benefits!
Lets hope the weather is kind!
