		<description>The rise in all our outgoings is quite daunting at the moment and although I am one of the 'lucky' ones who capped fuel bills from 2007-2010, I now sit in fear of what costs will be in 2 years time when my 'fixed' rate ends! Just how much will my fuel bills rise by then???

There is a lot to be said for candles and woolly jumpers!!!</description>
