I wanted to write and thank you for the excellent service provided by your Foreign Department (and especially Dorothee) last week while I was in Marbella.

Dorothee was the most efficient and helpful bank employee I have ever encountered - not only answering the phone (in Spanish), but dealing with me and my queries (in excellent English, by the way), and then seeing waiting customers (German), all done with a very pleasant and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.

I would certainly recommend your bank to people moving or holidaying in Marbella.
